Start your day with a complimentary breakfast and coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon by Guest356. All guests enjoy one free breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or two Breakfast Tacos) and a 12 oz coffee each morning. This offer is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Inside your apartment, you'll find: • Fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming • A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances • Comfortable and stylish furnishings Please note: The second bedroom is a semi-private area within the living room, sectioned off with curtains for privacy. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment. You also have full access to all building amenities during their operating hours. Please note the schedule: • Swimming Pool: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is closed on Mondays for routine maintenance. • Indoor Gym: The 24/7 fitness center is located on the 1st level near the leasing office. • Game, Art & Music Rooms: These creative spaces are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. • Cinema Room: Enjoy a movie night in the private cinema, open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please remember to bring your own DVDs. Other things to note Please review these important details for your stay: • Pre-Check-In Required: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital guest app. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card and released within 3 days after checkout. • Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. • Extra Items: A pack 'n play or one air mattress is available upon request.
